About the Course

The course consists of 8 weekly lectures. The lectures are designed to build a basis for a healthy lifestyle. The lectures loosely follow the “Six Pillars” as advocated by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

The Six Pillars give patients the blue print to move forward to a life with less doctor visits, less pills and more of what brings them joy in this life.

After the 8 week course students are encouraged to attend “alumni meetings” that occur via Zoom meetings on the third Monday of each month. These meetings focus on creating new habits and open discussion about the challenges of the journey.

Satisfied Patients

“Dr. Sullivan is unique in the fact that he does not simply push pills and procedures he was able to open my eyes that better health was to be found by changing my lifestyle. He actually explained in detail exactly how intermittent fasting works which encouraged me to try it and along with diet and exercise I was able to lose over 100 lbs.”

Dana Rosen

“Dr. Sullivan taught this series in the hope that the patients attending would adopt healthier lifestyles and achieve the goal of living healthier, longer and happier lives. As my doctor for 10 years, he has my complete trust because he has demonstrated a sincerity in helping  me achieve healing without using a cabinet of pharmaceutical drugs for every medical condition that causes discomfort and/or a shortened life span.”
